Member States inform the European Commission and the other Member States of new detections of IAS of Union concern, related eradication measures and their effectiveness pursuant to the Reg. 1143/2014 Art. 16 & 17, official control detections (Art. 15), and derogations from the obligation of rapid eradication under Art. 18, through NOTSYS.
The report of detections of IAS of UC in NOTSYS is done by authorised officials appointed by their respective Member State Competent Authority
